Terms and Cancellations

Limited places: the places are limited and reservations are guaranteed by

sending this registration form and the fee before 15.01.2009.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing 15 days prior to the Conference will receive a refund of the full amount minus 20% for administrative costs. After this period the registration fee will not be refunded, accepting the substitution of the place, which should be expressly communicated up to one day before the event.
